payments are accepted through Paypal's secure online system. all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Paypal direct payments, are accepted.
delivery
each garment is shipped in a 12thMan box with a numbered certficate of authenticity.
packing & shipping rate to all European countries is included in the retail price.
all items are sent priority delivery from Italy (please allow 10 working days for delivery).
if buying from outside Europe, please contact us for exact shipping rate.
returns
in the unlikely event of a damaged item, we accept returns within 7 days from date of delivery. item must be new (unworn) with all tags attached.
maintenance of the garment
always hand-wash the garment inside out or in the washing machine at the temperature indicated on the maintenance label sewn onto the garment. use the indicated cycle for cotton garments. do not tumble.do not tumble dry.
